Mexican Mother's day:
Against all odds, a 15 years old pregnant patient with PERFECT blood flow in uterine arteries, a very nice view of cord flow on first trimester (added just for the sake of looking at it, nothing special but the "like" feeling), and a clinically ugly palpable breast hard nodule which happens to be an intramammary limph node. Great news!
